When shopping at our online store, you can use various options for the delivery of the goods you ordered. Here we bring you an overview of them.
To EU countries (except the Czech Republic and Slovakia) we send goods with the GLS service to the weight of the package

The shipping price varies between 4.90 Euro and 15 Euro depending on the country where the goods are sent. The exact price will be displayed to you when you create an order on our e-shop.
In case of greater weight and excessive dimensions of the package than what GLS accepts, the price will be communicated to you individually.

The WEDO transport service was created by combining the STORAGE and INTIME services. We offer three delivery options in Czech republic:

Price CZK 89 in Czech republic
The goods are sent to the delivery pickup point. You can choose from more than 4,300 delivery points of the Zásilkovna service, some of which are also open on weekends. With the service, it is possible to send parcels weighing up to 5 kg, the longest side of the parcel is max. 70 cm, the max. sum of all sides is 120 cm. The basic price is CZK 79 for delivery to a GLS point of sale in Czech republic. In the case of delivery to your address, the price is CZK 109 in Czech republic
The goods are sent to the delivery point of the partners of the GLS transport service, of which there are more than 600 in all parts of the Czech Republic and their number is still increasing. When the package is ready for pick-up at the location of your choice, you will be notified by email and SMS with a code for picking up the package. So you don't have to pick up the package yourself, but you can give the code to someone close to you, who can then pick it up for you.

The goods are sent by the transport service WEDO, GLS or 123courier directly to your address, which you specify when placing the order.

Tatami mats, weight machines and other oversize products in Czech republic
Products that belong to larger or heavier products are sent only after personal agreement with the customer, when we will agree with you on the most suitable possible method of transport. For this reason, the shipping prices indicated when creating the order for some oversized goods (tatami, exercise machines, etc.) are not valid and the shipping price is subsequently negotiated personally with you - see text above. Price from CZK 440.
