GOODS REPLACEMENT
Goods replacement in Czech republic and Slovakia
If you have purchased a product from us that does not suit you and you wish to exchange it, please inform us of this in advance before sending it to our email: info@4karate.net, or contact us by phone: +420 704 979 333 (Po- Fri / 9am-5pm). Write to us what new goods you want to exchange for. Goods can be exchanged within the legal period of 14 days from their delivery (unless you purchased goods with an extended return period, for example before Christmas).
The goods must be unused, packed in the original packaging, undamaged. Together we will agree on the best procedure for sending the goods back to us. Depending on the type of goods and the nature of the goods, we will choose together the best and cheapest method of transport. For the best process and settlement, please follow this procedure:
1) NOTIFY US ABOUT THE EXCHANGE REQUEST
Send us an email at info@4karate.net with a description of what item you want to return and what new item you want us to send you.
2) TRANSPORT OF GOODS TO US
You can send us goods of a common type (clothing, protectors, skates and other smaller sports equipment) in the following ways:
a) By Czech post to the address: ATTRACTIVE COMMERCE s.r.o., class Dr. Beneše 252, POŠTA UNHOŠŤ, 27351 (This address serves only as a shipping address, it is not a contact address and there is no brick-and-mortar store)
or
b) Mail order to point of sale: Recipient: ATTRACTIVE COMMERCE s.r.o., point of sale SHIPPING: Pet food (Krmení pro zvířátka), class Dr. Beneše 335, Unhošť, 27351
c) Goods of larger size or weight (scooters and others): ALWAYS CONTACT US FIRST AT TEL.: + 420 704 979333. We will arrange a pick-up from you.
Never send goods as cash on delivery, such a shipment will not be accepted. Include a copy of the receipt you received from us at the time of purchase with your shipment.
Exchange of goods from other countries (except the Czech Republic and Slovakia)
Contact us by email at info@4karate.cz or by phone at +420 704 979 333 and together we will agree on the most suitable method of returning and exchange the goods.
